Newly Registered Must Make An Introduction
ALL newly registered members must introduce themselves in the Introduction section within 24 hours of their registration date. WritingPassion is a community, not a resource.
Lack of Introduction will result in account removal.
Impersonation Is Not Allowed
Do not pretend to be someone you are not. This includes having a fake username that does not represent who you are or making a
fake username to defame another, etc.
Impersonation will result in a Level 2 Penalty.
Avatars, Signatures, & Image Content Must Be Regulated In Size
Avatars can be a maximum of 150 x 200 pixels. Signatures can be a maximum of 600x200 pixels. This includes the image, text,
AND spoilers, but NOT the credits. Also, please use a spoiler for large images and multiple images in threads.
Posting large/inappropriate images will result in a Level 1 Penalty. The staff will place the large/explicit image in a spoiler or delete it.
Objectionable Material Is Not Allowed
Discussion or linking of websites with adult content is prohibited. All of these will be deleted upon sight. This includes pornography, racist content, drug promotion, gruesome violence, and horrifying images/words/logos that may scare members. Please keep it PG-13.
Posting inappropriate material will result in a penalty depending on the severity.
Do Not Spam the ChatBox
Videos/drawings are not allowed in the chatbox unless they are advertised by a singular non-spammed URL.
Images over 150x150 are not allowed in the chatbox. The staff are the only ones allowed to change their font size, and only for
announcements. Explicit content in the chatbox is also as prohibited as it is in the forum. Follow these rules even if you are alone in the chatbox.
Chatbox Spamming will result in a Level 1 Penalty.

Do Not Flame Others
Do not insult another member. If you do not like a member, simply ignore them by putting them on your Foe List on your
profile.
Flaming will result in a Level 1 Penalty. The offensive post may also be deleted, depending on the severity.
Keep Away From Trolling/Flame Baiting
Do not post comments that are made to make other members of the community upset, angry, or irritated due to its offensiveness or
stupidity. Any posts that purposely upset other members will be considered trolling. Use your common sense and maturity when posting.
Trolling will result in a penalty depending on severity. The post/thread will also be locked/deleted.
Snooping Is Not Condoned
Do not make an account simply to see what is going on with this forum in order to steal/flame/inform some master head source or so.
Snooping will result in a Level 3 Penalty.
Illegal Discussion Will Be Punished
Discussing things like pirating software is STRICTLY forbidden. Our community does NOT promote the usage of illegal software.
Hacking, botting or selling discussions also go against our rules. Discussing extremely personal or contradictory things (i.e. religious topics,
haunting, ghosts, etc.) is also inappropriate.

No Spamming
Spamming is the act of posting something that is completely unrelated to the topic. Any posts within a thread which do not
contribute to the thread whatsoever will be considered spam.

Do Not Double Post or Bump
If the last post in a topic was posted by you, please do not post again until someone posts after you. If you have more to say but
did not say it in your last post, you are welcome to use the "edit" button to edit your post. Users posting updates in any project thread of theirs are allowed to bump their thread up to reveal their updates. However, this only goes for the OWNER OF THE THREAD!
Double Posting will result in a Level 1 Penalty.
Do Not Necropost
'Necroposting' or is reviving a thread that has not been posted in for more than 2 weeks. However, it is okay to revive an important topic with a relevant reply. If you're unsure about your post's validity, contact a moderator or an admin.
Necroposting will result in a Level 1 Penalty.
Do Not Disrespect The Authority
This warning is considered similar to a “flaming” warning but it is mostly centered on responses toward moderator actions, judgment or activities. Our staff is here to make the forum a friendly one. If you have any suggestions to the staff, please contact us and be polite about it. Otherwise, you won't get any results.
Disrespecting the Authority will result in a penalty depending on severity.
Do Not Unjustly Whine About Warnings
We warn members for a reason. It is because they have simply broken a rule. If you wish to dispute your warn, please take it maturely
and into the Police Station section.
If you inappropriately whine about a warn or a ban, your penalty will become more severe.
E-Drama Is Not Tolerated
We ask that you do not stir up trouble on our forum. If you wish to discuss any issue that has happened outside of the Internet, we
ask that you use our appropriate section for help. However, please keep the drama to it's necessities and don't worsen it. Any personal grudges you have against another person on the internet should be kept be yourself and not on
the forum.
Intentionally causing E-Drama will result in a penalty depending on severity.
Multiple Accounts Are Not Allowed
Each person is entitled to one account and one account only, of which they are responsible for all the penalties on it. The only exception to this rule is if there is something compelling you from using your original account, and it is not because of a ban. In any case, you must
contact a moderator or admin if you have a legitimate excuse to create another account.
Unjustly having more than one account is not permitted and all accounts [including the original] will be banned!
Advertising & Referral Links Are Not Allowed
If you do not have permission from a WritingPassion staff member to advertise you or your friend's website, don't advertise it! WritingPassion is not here for your own personal and/or financial gain. As for linking to sites that may become useful, such as resources, you are free to link to them in the appropriate forum section.(continued)
